TTS Energy's Sack Dosing Unit (SDU) is a modern, stand-alone unit that delivers dust-free cutting and dosing of powder sacks weighing up to 25kg.
Design of the unit features a mechanically sealed cutting cabinet to ensure dust-free operations and an optional lifting system including hydraulic-electric lifting table and vacuum lifting unit which makes light work of transporting sacks from the pallet onto the SDU's feeding table.
The integrated mud control system uses a range of HMI applications to ensure intuitive and user-friendly system control, operation and monitoring. Operation and control is achieved via an LCD touchscreen mounted on front of the Local Control Panel.
The Sack Dosing Unit can be delivered as a skid-mounted unit or as part of a complete Sack Handling System.
